Privacy policy

1. General provisions

1.1. This Policy describes what data STAR DIAMOND PROGRAMMING Limited Liability Company (the “Provider”) collects and how it processes it when you use the Telegram bot @starsdiamonds_bot and the website starsdiamond.net (the “Service”).

1.2. By using the Service and placing an Order, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

2. Data we receive

In the bot:

• your Telegram account ID, name and username, as passed to the bot by Telegram;
• the Recipient’s username entered when placing an Order;
• Order data: number of Stars, amount, date, status and the payment service transaction ID;
• messages you send to the bot.

The website uses no cookies, counters or analytics. The hosting provider keeps technical request logs (IP address, time, browser type). Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the visitor’s IP address.

We do not receive or store bank card or account details, phone numbers or ID documents. SBP payments are processed by the payment service and your bank.

3. Why we use the data

• to place and fulfil Orders and credit Stars to the Recipient;
• to notify you about payment and Order status;
• to answer support requests;
• to prevent fraud and abuse;
• to keep records of transactions and meet the Provider’s obligations.

4. Who receives the data

4.1. The payment service that accepts payment: the Order number, amount and a technical identifier in the form <Telegram account ID>@telegram.org, built from your Telegram account ID and used instead of your email address. Your IP address is not passed to the payment service.

4.2. Telegram, to the extent needed to operate the bot and send messages.

4.3. The hosting provider whose servers run the bot and website. Servers may be located in different countries, so data may be processed outside your country.

4.4. Public authorities, only upon a lawful request.

We do not sell data or share it with third parties for advertising.

5. How long we keep data

5.1. Order data is kept for as long as needed to record transactions and handle requests, and no longer than 3 years after your last Order.

5.2. Data from an unfinished Order (chosen quantity and recipient) is overwritten by your next action in the bot.

6. How we protect data

Data is transmitted over secure connections (HTTPS), requests to the payment service are signed, and only authorised Provider staff can access the order database.

7. Your rights

You may ask what data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, and withdraw consent to processing by writing to support at @starsdiamond_sup_bot or to support@starsdiamond.net. We respond within 10 business days. Records of paid Orders may be kept until the end of the period in clause 5.1 where needed for transaction records.

8. Minors

The Service is intended for persons aged 18 or over. Persons under 18 may use it only with the consent of their legal guardians.

9. Changes

The Provider may update this Policy. A new version takes effect upon publication on starsdiamond.net. The terms of service are set out in the Public Offer. In case of discrepancies, the Russian version prevails.
